Themes of betrayal, revenge and sexual politics mix with an ambitious and atmospheric score. The role of Prospero has been transformed into Madam Sparrow, the mysterious owner of an inn who commands a magical monkey paw to conjure a storm and lay a trap on four unsuspecting men from her past. The cast of The Hurricane features Mykel Vaughn, Laura Sudduth, Spencer Glass, Bryce Henry, Warren G. Nolan Jr.* (Rent - national tour), Jay Aubrey Jones* (Broadway credits include How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying and Cats), Robert Ackerman, and Ryan Rhue.
