Known as "the Italian Michael Bublé", Patrizio Buanne will return to The Ridgefield Playhouse on Saturday, October 12, at 8 p.m. bringing his dynamic stage show and band, smooth baritone voice and good looks to the stage. From pops to the standards and Italian favorites, his musical talents have earned Patrizio an international following. His latest album is Patrizio. This Wine, Art & Jazz event starts with a wine & cheese tasting and an artist's exhibit and reception in the lobby at 7:15 p.m. compliments of No. 109 Cheese & Wine. Terra Sole Ristorante (Big Shop Lane, Ridgefield) will offer a free glass of wine or dessert with dinner the night of the show when tickets/stubs are presented. This event is part of the No. 109 Cheese & Wine Evening of Art, Wine & Jazz and the Doyle Coffin Architecture Singer/Songwriter Series with media sponsor WSHU Public Radio Group.

Patrizio's album The Italian, which earned Gold status in the United Kingdom and certified Platinum elsewhere, and Forever Begins Tonight, which reached #53 in the U.S., help tell the story of this singer's success. His spectacular, large-venue performances with his band playing before sold-out crowds make him a sought-after ticket. At the intimate theater of The Ridgefield Playhouse, Patrizio will be "up close and personal" offering what critics say is a spellbinding event. Enthralling listeners with his smooth, graceful and defining voice, this Italian heartthrob, "the world's most exciting baritone crooner", conveys stunning emotion when he performs the Neapolitan hits "Mambo Italiano" and "Americano" as well as the great American classics "Crazy" and "Have You Ever Loved a Woman". Italy has provided a simple word to describe all of Patrizio's attributes: "Simpatico."
