A private reading of John Ross Bowie's new play HANUKKAH WITH JOEY RAMONE will be presented April 9 at the Ivar Theater in Hollywood.

The play centers around the period of time in which The Ramones recorded their fifth album, End of the Century, with infamous producer Phil Spector.

The reading will feature BEN FELDMAN (Mad Men, Silicon Valley) as Phil Spector, JUSTIN KIRK (The Invisible Hand, Other Desert Cities, Weeds, Angels in America) as Johnny Ramone, DJ QUALLS (Road Trip, Hustle & Flow, The New Guy) as Joey Ramone, ROB CORDDRY (Children's Hospital, Hot Tub Time Machine) as Dee Dee Ramone, JAMES PUMPHREY (Key and Peele, Fun Size) as Marky Ramone, and ARDEN MYRIN (Chelsea Lately, MADtv) as Linda Daniele.

Brian Nitzkin is producing the reading.

The Ivar Theater is located at 1605 Ivar Ave. in Hollywood, between Sunset Blvd. and Hollywood Blvd.
