Science Fiction or Science Fact? Campers in New Hampshire Theatre Project's Story Theatre Science Camp will explore the biology of human life, the chemistry of the world around us and the physics of the universe beyond, all in one jam-packed week of theatre games, creative drama, character creation and storytelling. Looking at creative and factual literature from the world of science, campers will learn skills in the performance of both existing and original drama in the story theatre style. Story Theatre Science Camp for ages 8-12 runs July 18-23, 2016, with final performances on July 22-23. Director Catherine Stewart will be assisted by Mary Langley from Richmond, the American International University in London, and intern Zhao Xizhi from Hunan University in China.

In conjunction with Artist-in-Residence programs at area schools, New Hampshire Theatre Project has offered summer camp programs that combine learning and fun in the performing arts for 21 years. NHTP artists were recently in residence at Stratham Memorial School, and will be working later this spring with Newfields Elementary School and Little Harbour School in Portsmouth.
