News of a distant civilization is not greeted with curiosity and understanding but with fear... and this new race is not heralded but branded "the other." The Elbisnopsers uses humor and surrealism to show us how "small" the world really can be. With all we have to open our minds, we still prefer to be in the dark.

Katrin Arefy, Founder and Artistic Director of Golden Key Piano School, joins the festival as an emerging young playwright.

Starting with their Autumn Arts, the Midtown International Theatre Festival will also serve as a place for artists emerging from colleges and special programs to enter into the professional world with abundant support from an experienced artistic and academic advisory. Now, established professionals and the next generation can join in.
