MICA´S SKIN, a savage, comic take on the "wired generation" back at United Solo by Popular demand. New York City's Theater Row: Friday, November 15th, 2013 at 6pm Final Performance of the World Premiere of 'Mica´s Skin', the one-woman show inspired by Paloma Bravo's best selling novel "La piel de Mica" and performed by Ana Asensio, winner of last year's United Solo Theatre Festival's Best International Show for 'Medea's got some issues'.

'Mica´s Skin' is the story of Mica, a hard-working media executive, fighting to excel in a world ruled by men, a world she is trying to change. When she gets fired for thinking, she finds herself having her best thoughts ever.

Directed by Jean Randich, designed by Jiyoun Chang, Geanme Marin, and Craig Macnell, "Mica's Skin" played to a sold out house in October.

2013 United Solo, the world's largest solo theater festival, presents more than one hundred solo theatrical productions. The fourth season of the annual festival is running from October 3 to November 24, 2013, and features premieres and award-winning solo shows in various categories including drama, storytelling, documentary, multimedia acts, stand?up, magic, dance, and musical theater.
