Despite the rumor mill working overtime since Marc Jacobs confirmed he would be leaving Louis Vuitton, it seems not 100% that Nicolas Ghesquière has been named the new creative director. A spokesman for LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton firmly denied it. "Nothing has been decided," the spokesman told WWD.

Ghesquière is seen as the front-runner but when asked about the rumors Bernard Arnault, LVMH's chairman and chief executive officer, said, "No decision is done. We have to, after the show, think and decide. But no decision will be made immediately."

Speculation that Ghesquière would end up at Vuitton began almost immediately he left Balenciaga in November. Since then he has kept a pretty low profile, keeping us all waiting rather impatiently for his next move to be revealed.
