LEND ME A TENOR's Justin Bartha will be featured on NBC TV's "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" tomorrow Thursday June 10 at 12:35 AM (actually very early on June 11). "Late Night" airs on WNBC TV Channel 4 in New York. Justin Bartha is also currently starring in "Holy Rollers," a film about a group of Hasidic Jews running an ecstasy drug ring in the 1990s.

LEND ME A TENOR opened on April 4 to rave reviews including these for Bartha:

NEW YORK POST: "There are bona fide stars in the show...But it's Justin Bartha who takes the final bow. And Bartha deserves it: He's the engine that powers this show. He doesn't just make his Broadway debut. He dynamites the doors open."

DAILY NEWS: "The evening's great surprise: Justin Bartha...He's fall-down funny and owns the show as mild-mannered-turned-manly Max."

WWOR TV: "Justin Bartha delivers a 'Star is Born' performance and strikes comedy gold in his Broadway debut."

THE ASSOCIATED PRESS: "What gives this production an unexpected boost is something not usually found in a farce---heart. That quality is supplied by Bartha...the actor is a superb farceur, at ease with the complexity of the give-and-take dialogue and physical demands of the role...he projects an appealing sweetness...Bartha's neophyte singer is a hero to root for."

VARIETY : "Bartha, who has that young heartthrob look, also has the chops of a polished comic actor; he seems made for the part."

LEND ME A TENOR has received three Tony Award nominations (Best Revival of a Play, Best Costume Design (Martin Pakledinaz) and Best Featured Actress (Jan Maxwell), four Outer Critics Circle Award nominations (Outstanding Revival of a Play, Outstanding Director of a Play (Stanley Tucci), Outstanding Featured Actress in a Play (which Jan Maxwell just won), and Outstanding Costume Design (Martin Pakledinaz). It received three Drama League Award nominations as well: Distinguished Revival of a Play and two Distinguished Performance Awards (Jan Maxwell and Tony Shalhoub).

Set in the 1930s, LEND ME A TENOR is a screwball comedy that takes place when Tito Merelli, the fiery-tempered and world famous Italian superstar, arrives in Cleveland, Ohio to make his debut with the local opera and promptly goes missing. As Saunders, the show's presenter, conspires to cover for Tito's absence, placate his hot-blooded wife, and distract his most passionate fans, chaos on a truly operatic level ensues.

Ken Ludwig's comedy LEND ME A TENOR stars Anthony LaPaglia, Tony Shalhoub, Justin Bartha, Brooke Adams, Mary Catherine Garrison, Jennifer Laura Thompson, Jay Klaitz, and Jan Maxwell, and is directed by Stanley Tucci. LEND ME A TENOR is currently playing on Broadway at the Music Box Theatre (239 West 45th Street).
