Keaton, Kline, Moss Set for 'Darling Companion'

According to a report by Variety, Kevin Kline, Diane Keaton, and Elizabeth Moss are set to star in the upcoming indie comedy, Darling Companion.  The film will be directed by Lawrence Kasdan, with a screenplay by him and Meg Kasdan.  The movie is about  a woman who is more affectionate towards her dog than her husband.  Then, the husband loses the dog at their vacation home in the Rockies.

Kline's stage credits include the Broadway productions of On the Twentieth Century and The Pirates of Penzance- both of which earned him Tony Awards.  He also starred in Henry IV at Lincoln Center Theater.

Keaton starred in the original Broadway cast of Hair and earned a Tony nomenation for her performance in Woody Allen's Play It Again, Sam. Her film credits include Annie Hall, The Godfather, The First Wives Club, Marvin's Room, and Something's Gotta Give.

Moss is currently starring on AMC's Mad Men as Peggy Olson, but also appeared on Broadway in Speed-the-Plow.
