Kate Spade is set to open it's new Upper West Side store on September 13th. This shop joins the recently opened Madison Avenue flagship as well as their Fifth Avenue store and Soho boutique. But the new shop on Columbus Ave. will be different than all the others and a first for the brand: it will be clothing-centric.

"The new 900-square-foot shop will be the only 'clothing-dominated [location],'" a company rep said. "This store aims to give the Upper West Side customer a local neighborhood feel to the Kate Spade New York experience. It is a small shop that easily blends in with the neighborhood." Other shops nearby include Rag & Bone, Theory, Reiss, and Comptoir de Cotonniers.
