110 In the Shade Cast Member and Gypsy of the Year Robe-winner Devin Richards will make his nightclub debut at the Metropolitan Room, June 4th, 2007, in My Own Voice – An Evening with Devin Richards. The show, directed by Alton Fitzgerald White and featuring musical direction by Dan Furman, will include songs such as "Ol' Man River," "Fever," "Too Darn Hot" and his own "My Own Voice."

Richards (Passion, Jesus Christ Superstar, Carousel, Victor Victoria, Pajama Game), who will be releasing his first solo album in late 2007 or early 2008, has sung with legends including Gladys Knight, Harry Connick Jr., Lou Rawls, Julie Andrews, Rick Springfield, Tony Orlando, Gloria Gaynor and Pam Tillis, and has sung Germany, France, and Canada as well as the US.

My Own Voice – An Evening with Devin Richards runs at the Metropolitan Room on Monday, June 4th, 2007 at 9:30 p.m. The Metropolitan Room is at 34 West 22nd. Street, NY, between 5th & 6th Ave. There is a $20 cover charge with a two-drink minimum, and reservations are available by calling 1-212-206-0440.
