Broadway actor Cheyenne Jackson has been gracefully transitioning from the stage to the screen, and back, amassing a slew of acclaimed performances in each field. Jackson, who is currently starring as Woody in the critically-acclaimed revival of 'Finian's Rainbow' is constantly on the go: He has recently released a new CD with Michael Feinstein titled The Power of Two. On January 15, Jackson and Feinstein will be appearing together at the McCallum Theatre; it is this 'hectic' schedule that he discussed with the San Diego Gay and Lesbian News in a recent interview.

Jackson, who appeared in the silver screen in 2006 playing Mark Bingham in the Oscar nominated 'United 93', has also made his mark in various TV shows, including 'Ugly' Betty', 'Lipstick Jungle' and '30 Rock' where he currently plays Danny, TGS' new cast member, whose talents rival that of the spotlight-starved Jenna, played by Jane Krakowski.

When asked to reflect on the accomplishments of this past year's demanding schedule, Jackson says, "It's kind of insane. My partner helped me get through and my family, but it's taken all of my energy and my focus. So I'd say looking back, it's the fact that I'm still here," he adds with a laugh.
