Kristen Stewart, Lindsey Gort, Katie Garfield, Anna Friel, and James Frecheville have joined the casts of previously announced new screen projects.

Stewart has been cast as the principle role in PERSONAL SHOPPER, a ghost story centered around the fashion scene. Set to shoot on-location in Paris later this year, the Oliver Assayas-directed movie will feature supernatural elements.

THE CARRIE DIARIES' Lindsey Gort is set to lead the new romcom HEAVEN SENT, which also deals with otherworldly themes. It tells the story of Sarah Fitzpatrick (Gort) who returns to Earth as an angel after death to discover why her name was not in the Book of Life, which admits people into Heaven. Her ex-boyfriend is the sole human who can actually see her in her angelic form. HEAVEN SENT is set to start filming in LA in May.

Joining THE BIRTH OF A NATION's writer, director, and star Nate Parker is Katie Garfield, who will assume the role of Elizabeth Turner.

Anna Friel and James Frecheville join the technology thriller I.T. as Pierce Brosnan's character's wife and arch rival, respsecitvely. The story centers around businessman Mike Ryan (Brosnan) whose aircraft-leasing company is on the brink of tremendous success when his personal relationship with a tech consultant (Frecheville) becomes detrimental to his family's life. Through technology, Frecheville's character stalks Ryan's daughter, played by Stefanie Scott.
