Popular recording artist, Broadway star, and concert performer Linda Eder announced today that the long-awaited follow-up to her critically acclaimed holiday CD "Christmas Stays the Same" (on which her 2001 BRAVO-TV concert special of the same name was based) would be released in the fall of 2013.

Eder will be utilizing her newly architected social media platforms to enable her legions of fans from around the world to select half of the songs to appear on the CD and to play a role in the selection of its title. The CD will feature classic holiday songs as well as new original songs written and performed by Eder.

Eder's 2000 "Christmas Stays the Same" has become a staple of the holiday season - airing on radio stations, Television, and just about anywhere the most popular Christmas songs are played.

Said Eder, "My creative team and I worked very hard to come up with unique ways to reinterpret some classic Holiday favorites. To see that CHRISTMAS STAYS THE SAME became part of the Holiday tradition means a lot to me. I have been asked so many times to record a follow up. The time feels right."

Showcasing one of the greatest contemporary voices of our time, Linda Eder's diverse repertoire spans Broadway, standards, pop, country and jazz. Heralded as America's acclaimed new interpreter of pop standards and theatrical songs with 14 solo albums and 12 musical recordings, including her most recent CD NOW.
