As a kick off to their upcoming production of how i learned to become a Superhero, Apothecary Theatre Company (Dennis Flanagan, Executive Director; Tom Pelphrey, Artistic Director; Carrie Watt, Artistic Associate), will host a Anti-Valentine's Day Superhero Party at Brother Jimmy's BBQ in Union Square (116 E 16th St) tonight, February 16th, 7 to 10PM. Tickets are $20-$40 and will include trivia, bingo, beer pong, and countless other Superhero worthy tasks.

Based in New York City, the Apothecary Theatre Company is a not-for-profit ensemble which develops original plays and offers a platform for emerging American Playwrights. Their current ensemble piece how i learned to become a Superhero , begins performances on April 4 through April 27 at T. Schreiber Studios ( 151 W. 26th).
