Allied Integrated Marketing Taps Gerilyn Shur as Director of National Publicity

Allied Integrated Marketing announced that it has tapped Gerilyn Shur to serve as Director at its fast-growing National Publicity division. Shur will work out of Allied's New York office and will spearhead the team's New York efforts. The division creates national publicity campaigns for film, television, and other entertainment entities, as well as brands. Shur will report to Ginger Chan who serves as Vice President, National Publicity and Account Management and is based in Los Angeles.

Shur brings a wealth of knowledge building comprehensive national publicity campaigns for films, filmmakers, theatrical productions and talent clients. She was most recently at Brigade Marketing where she developed and executed campaigns for several films and filmmakers including Your Sister's Sister, Elaine Stritch: Shoot Me, The One I Love, Jiro Dreams of Sushi and worked closely with The Duplass Brothers.

In addition to this experience, she previously held positions at 42West Public Relations, The Weinstein Company and Barlow Hartman Public Relations working with clients such as Magnolia Pictures, IFC Films, Oscilloscope Laboratories and TWC-Radius.
