Flo Yoga returns to the Royal Albert Hall to teach yoga sessions to carefully curated live music in Elgar Room! With 15 years of experience teaching yoga in various settings to mixed ability practitioners, Flo has a passion for making physical and spiritual yoga accessible to any level of experience or life stage. Initially trained in Vinyasa Flow, she enjoys incorporating elements of other disciplines (Pilates, mobility exercises, visual and vestibular drills) as she finds that varying the content of classes helps to motivate students as well as keeping the spark of teaching! For her April sessions, Flo will be joined by violinist and singer Johanna Burnheart, and in June by percussionist Gosia Kepa. Please note: Attendees are expected to bring their own yoga mats. Attendees are entitled to 10% off Verdi Italian Kitchen and Café Bar with their tickets.
