WITHIN at Sadler’s Wells Theatre

WITHIN is a powerful provocation from leading dancer and choreographer, Aditi Mangaldas, 11 dancers - including Mangaldas herself - and four musicians explore the innermost spaces where humanity and brutality, masculinity and femininity, and good and bad lie in half embrace. Intense and contemplative, WITHIN goes from darkness to light in two distinct yet connected works, KNOTTED, a contemporary dance based on kathak, and UNWRAPPED, virtuoso classical Kathak.
