Get ready to laugh! MAC Center to serve up musical comedy about relationships
The Monument Arts & Cultural Center is staging “I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change” – the second-longest-running off-Broadway musical in history – to coincide with Valentine’s Day. Get ready for a hilarious – and relatable – time!
The crowd-pleasing comedy uses sketches and songs to explore romantic relationships, from the first date through marriage, parenthood, in-laws, and geriatric pick-up lines.
As the revue’s tagline goes, “Everything you have ever secretly thought about dating, romance, marriage, lovers, husbands, wives and in-laws, but were afraid to admit.”
Performances of “I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change” are at 7 p.m. Feb. 7, 14, and 15, and 2 p.m. Feb. 8 and 15.
