All Classical Radio President and CEO Fred Child moderates a panel discussion exploring the role of the arts in the health and vitality of a community, held at the historic Kiggins Theatre in downtown Vancouver. Featured panelists include Rachel Smolkin, President and CEO of Oregon Public Broadcasting, composer Karen LeFrak, neuroscientist Dr. Larry Sherman, Vancouver Mayor Anne McEnerny-Ogle, and conductor Maestro Gerard Schwarz. The panel takes place from 3 to 5 p.m. and is free and open to the public.
