Featured panelists include Rachel Smolkin, President and CEO of Oregon Public Broadcasting, composer Karen LeFrak, neuroscientist Dr. Larry Sherman, Vancouver Mayor Anne McEnerny-Ogle, and conductor Maestro Gerard Schwarz. The panel takes place from 3 to 5 p.m. and is free and open to the public.
