Funhouse Comedy Club – Comedy Night in Ashby-de-la-Zouch March 2026 at The Lyric Rooms

Funhouse Comedy is back at the Lyric Rooms, Ashby-de-la-Zouch on Thursday March 5th for another great night of laughter.

Topping the bill is The Noise Next Door who have appeared on BBC 1, BBC 3, ITV1, BBC Radio 1 and BBC Radio 4 and have performed alongside the likes of Michael McIntyre, Al Murray, and Harry Hill; will be performing perfectly choreographed routines and enthralling the crowd with their wonderful blend of ludicrous characters, witty one-liners, epic stories and musical mayhem. Their sharp improvised comedy always results in a hilariously unique show.

Opening the night will be Sol Bernstein, a legend on the circuit who has rubbed shoulders with the likes of Sinatra, the Rat Pack, Lenny Bruce and Doris Day. One part Alf Garnett, two parts Mel Brooks, and three parts like nothing you've ever heard. The oldest Jewish comic in the business is a laugh a minute, delivering his lines with acidic humour and chutzpah

Also appearing will be the original and inventive comedy writer and comedian Dan Evans, who has been performing stand-up comedy internationally for over ten years. His twisted logic and silly but playful material is delivered in low-key conversational style. His inspiration comes from daft, semi-surreal time-wasting.

Completing the line-up is Canadian Jordan Ducharme with his gritty, blunt style of comedy.

Compere for the night will be the chatty and cheerful Spiky Mike.
