2025 AWARDS SEASON

The 69th Annual Tony Awards are this Sunday June 7th at 8/9c hosted by Kristin Chenoweth and Alan Cumming. It's the biggest award show of the Broadway season and it closes out a long award season for Broadway and Off-Broadway musicals and plays. We can't help but wonder what chances this year's Best Musical and Best Play nominees have of taking home the ultimate prize. 

The Tonys are heating up in more ways than one!

Broadway legend Joel Grey (CABARET, WICKED) and Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein (FINDING NEVERLAND) were honored last night at this year's Fred and Adele Astaire Awards. The gala evening CELEBRATED the 2015 season's outstanding dance and choreography on Broadway and film. Winners included Leanne Cope for Best Female Dancer, Robert Fairchild and Tony Yazbeck (tie) for Best Male Dancer and Christopher Wheeldon and Joshua Bergasse (tie) for Best Choreography.  BroadwayWorld brings you photos from the red carpet below!

He just released a full album of showtunes earlier this spring, and according to Entertainment Weekly, Josh Groban will sing one at the 69th Annual Tony Awards. No word yet on what he'll be singing.
