2026 AWARDS SEASON

The winners for the twelfth annual Cortland Repertory Theatre 'Pavilion Awards' were announced on Monday, June 9, at the national historic Little York Pavilion, home to CRT. The awards, sponsored by First Niagara Bank, recognize outstanding achievement in local high school theatre during the 2013-14 school year. Scroll down for photos of the winners!

Yesterday, June 9, TIME's Belinda Luscombe wrote an open letter to Audra McDonald titled: 'Sorry, Audra McDonald--My Kid Needs His ADHD Meds'. Now, McDonald has responded, explaining her Tony Awards acceptance speech from Sunday night, in which she thanked her parents for not putting her on medication.

The producers of All The Way, by Robert Schenkkan, have announced that the show has won every major award for Best New Play this season - the Drama League Award, the Drama Desk Award, the Outer Critics Circle Award, the Drama Critics Circle Award and the Tony Award. For his critically acclaimed portrayal of President Lyndon B. Johnson, Bryan Cranston was awarded the Tony Award for Best Actor in addition to already winning the Drama Desk Award, the Outer Critics Circle Award, and having been recognized with a Theatre World Award.

CBS' live broadcast of the 68th annual TONY AWARDS attracted 7 million total viewers and a 1.2 rating on Sunday night, June 8th.
