NICKIE CASIANO KNOWS WHAT'S UP...AND IT AIN'T ALL THAT by Elixeo Flores (local playwright and ongoing contributor to VerB's First Sunday Backstage Productions) is a funny and intimate play of love and family. Miss Terry, an aging drag queen, discovers she has a new 9 year old neighbor by the name of Nickie Casiano, who is in need of some love and guidance.
Against her better judgement, (fortunately for Nickie), Miss Terry gets involved, even though her better instincts tell her to mind her own business. SPTC staged readings, are an opportunity for you as an audience member, to help the playwright in shaping the play for eventual full production.
