Paul Thorn performs in concert at the Bilheimer Capitol Theatre on January 17 at 8 PM. Thorn is a singer-songwriter who has spent three decades crafting soulful grooves and lyric-driven songs, drawing on his background as a professional boxer and a gift for condensing wisdom into memorable phrases. His new album, Life is Just A Vapor, features songs of advice, comfort, and encouragement about how to live life. Thorn was a close friend and protégé of the late John Prine, who inspired the album's title tune.
