Elvis Monologues is an eclectic mix of real life characters whose personal stories cover a broad spectrum of experiences related to the King of ROCK n'ROLL, Elvis Aaron Presley.
Graceland by Ellen Byron is about two ardent Elvis fans, Bev and Rootie. They are camped out before the gates of Graceland, each determined to be the first to enter the sacred precints. Wary at first, the two soon progress from dispute to shared confidence and a growing compassion that, in the end, teaches both women what it truly means to be a loyal fan and friend.
Ages: Twelve and up.
