Artist Series Concerts of Sarasota's 2026 Suncoast Music Scholarship Competition is now open for applications. The competition awards up to $20,000 in music scholarships to ninth through twelfth grade students.

UNCSA Community Music School has announced the launch of its Junior Appalachian Music Program, with classes starting on February 17, 2026. The program aims to provide music education focused on Appalachian traditions.

The Music Institute of Chicago Academy will present a series of free concerts showcasing its pre-college conservatory students. The UConn School of Fine Arts Department of Music will present two performances this week as part of the UConn Music Inspire Series. On Thursday, Oct. 9, Ensemble Origo returns with Saravanda!
