The Frostburg State University Theatre and Dance department is a vibrant community of people with diverse perspectives and experiences, and we invite you to join us! As a student, you'll develop your self-expression, intellectual curiosity and emotional intelligence. These life skills will enhance every facet of your life. As an alum, your role in our community takes on a different dimension. Whether your career path leads to a profession within or outside of theatre or dance, the skills you've learned will help you engage across disciplines and critically investigate the world.

Acceptance Rate:

While Frostburg State University has an overall acceptance rate of 86%, the Theatre & Dance Department's Acting Track requires an audition in addition to acceptance into the university.
