Concert IV of the Missouri Chamber Music Festival's 16th annual season features the world premiere of a new work by David Werfelman, performed by the Calyx Piano Trio, alongside music of Beethoven and Elena Kats-Chernin. The concert closes a season themed around the deep connection between poetry and music, drawing inspiration from the poetry of Emily Dickinson. Werfelman's commission reflects the festival's ongoing commitment to expanding diverse artistic voices in chamber music.
