DANCE SPECTRUM 2014 - The Classical Ballet piece presents excerpts from Le Corsaire, staged by by Manuel Noram and assisted by Sarah Hurter and Haydee Baker to show the diversity of our cultures and also the influence of various Western traditions. One Contemporary piece choreographed by Lauren Jones, is as always one of the highlights of Dance Spectrum. Shannon Glover, an ex learner from NSA dance Department, now a principal dancer at Joburg Ballet will be choreographing an Afro-Fusion piece for Dance Spectrum. Finally a Spanish piece choreographed by Gillian Bonegio will transport us to yet another region of Spain.
