Peter and the Starcatcher Photos - Broadway

CAROLS FOR A CURE is the annual two-disc holiday CD compilation of original songs and holiday classics which benefits BC/EFA. These CDs boast the best voices from the worlds of Broadway, Off-Broadway and national tours. A full track list for this year's 14th edition has not yet been announced, but the cast of Broadway's Peter and the Starcatcher was already hard a work this week recording their track for the album. Peter and the Starcatcher, the five-time Tony® Award-winning play by Rick Elice, celebrates the 10th annual International Talk Like a Pirate Day today, September 19th, with a special "Stache Day" in honor of their own pirate, Black Stache. This morning, the first 100 fans in line at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre (256 West 47th Street) with mustaches (real or fake!) received one free ticket for this evening's performance. Yesterday, July 11, Peter and the Starcatcher, the five-time Tony® Award-winning play written by Rick Elice and directed by Roger Rees and Alex Timbers, celebrated its 100th performance at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre. In honor of the occasion, Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg has officially proclaimed July 11, 2012 as "Peter and the Starcatcher Day" in New York City.

This week - it's all about Peter and the Starcatcher! The show opened April 15th, at Broadway's Brooks Atkinson Theatre, starring Adam Chanler-Berat, Celia Keenan-Bolger and Christian Borle.
