L. Doctorow’s vast rambling nostalgic, wonderfully American novel, is far removed from opera.

Dinosaurs once again roam the earth when the spectacular production, WALKING WITH DINOSAURS THE ARENA SPECTACULAR, based on the award-winning BBC Television Series, returns to North America this summer. The show that critics have called 'awesome', 'spectacular' and 'breathtaking' will commence a new tour in Cleveland from July 9-13, 2014. This updated production will showcase changes to the dinosaurs based on the latest scientific research including the likely feathering of some species. Worldwide, more than eight million people have seen this show in 243 cities and over 2,000 performances. A baby Tyrannosaurus Rex, star of WALKING WITH DINOSAURS, was in Times Square yesterday and BroadwayWorld was on hand for the special event. Check out photos below!

MY BABY will play at the Lobero Theatre for three performances only next weekend - May 5 and 6. Limelight, in East Nashville, was transformed into a swanky Las Vegas casino and showroom when Street Theatre Company's It's Vegas, Baby! was brought back 'by popular demand' on Thursday, August 12. Local actors and playwrights Dietz Osborne and Nate Eppler emceed the festivities for the successful fundraiser for the Nashville theatre company. The evening featured a 'floor show' featuring some of the company's most popular performers in a wide variety of numbers onstage.
