The New York Landmarks Conservancy honored some of the city’s most iconic Broadway theaters with its highest accolade—the Lucy G. Moses Preservation Award. This year’s ceremony spotlighted a significant trend: New York City theater owners are investing heavily in the restoration and modernization of their historic venues.

The New York Landmarks Conservancy just announced the winners of the 2025 Lucy G. Moses Preservation Awards, the Conservancy's highest honors for excellence in preservation. The Award recipients demonstrate outstanding and challenging preservation projects that occur throughout the City.

The 5th Avenue Theatre has announced that Broadway's Kate Rockwell (Mean Girls, Bring it On: The Musical, Legally Blonde) and Hunter Foster (Little Shop of Horrors, The Producers, The Bridges of Madison County) will star as Ellen and Clark Griswold in the upcoming world premiere of the laugh-out-loud new musical comedy The Griswolds' Broadway Vacation.

It has also been announced that Kacey Musgraves will sing 'Can't Help Falling In Love' and Maneskin will sing “If I Can Dream.” The soundtrack will also feature Eminem, Tame Impala, Stevie Nicks, Jack White, Cee Lo Green, Gary Clark Jr., Paravi, Pnau, Yola, Swae Lee, Diplo, and Jazmine Sullivan.

RCA Records drops Doja Cat’s melodic, bouncy new single “Vegas” from the ELVIS Original Motion Picture Soundtrack. The soundtrack is set to be released the same date as Baz Luhrmann’s forthcoming film ELVIS, starring Austin Butler and Tom Hanks. The track incorporates “Hound Dog” in a unique, singular way that only Doja Cat could ever do.
