Broadway's 40 theatres aren't the only places to catch performances from your favorite stars! Well after Broadway orchestras begin their overtures, ensemble members take their dance breaks, and performers belt out their eleven o'clock numbers, the party continues at various cabaret venues throughout New York City. The King's Theatre Glasgow and First Family Entertainment are proud to present Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs for only the second time in the history of the King's traditional pantomime. Adelphi University Performing Arts Center (AUPAC) is proud to present the first Larson Legacy Concert showcasing the work of composer-lyricist Sam Willmott, a recipient of The American Theatre Wing's 2015 Jonathan Larson Grants, on Sunday, October 4th at 3:00 PM.

Prospect Theater Company (under the leadership of Artistic Director Cara Reichel and Managing Director Melissa Huber), will be presenting a developmental reading of the new musical Marco Polo by Deborah Abramson (music) and Peter Mills (book and lyrics), on Monday, October 5.

In January 2016, The Children's Theatre of Cincinnati (TCTC), the country's oldest theater for young audiences, will open a new destination for theater education, expanding its reach into the community. With this new building comes the creation of a new leadership infrastructure capitalizing upon existing internal talent.

RUTHLESS! opened July 13th at St. Luke's Theatre to unanimous rave reviews led by Entertainment Weekly which called the show, 'Uproarious! A mash-up of THE BAD SEED, GYPSY, ALL ABOUT EVE, plus the films of Douglas Sirk and John Waters!' Book and lyrics are by Joel Paley with music by Marvin Laird. Paley also directed the original 1992 Off-Broadway production as well as productions in L.A., South Beach and the record-breaking concert event starring Bernadette Peters. He once again serves as director of the newest incarnation of RUTHLESS!, with Marvin Laird on board as music supervisor as well.

Haven Burton, currently starring as Lauren in Broadway's KINKY BOOTS, attended the Sept. 21st performance of the Off-Broadway hit RUTHLESS! THE MUSICAL at St. Luke's Theatre. Dan Fredenburgh (Tom), Erik Odom (Tim), Charlotte Parry (Tina) and Stephen Tompkinson (Teddy) comprise the full cast for Pig Farm, running at the St. James Theatre from 21 October until 21 November, with press night on 28 October.  Written by Tony Award® winningUrinetown The Musical writer Greg Kotis, Pig farm is being directed by Katharine Farmer, with design by Carla Goodman, lighting by Jason Taylor, sound by John Leonard, fights by Malcolm Ranson and casting by Kate Plantin CDG.

For the second year running, Hartshorn - Hook Productions brings its signature Edinburgh Festival sell-out show The Rat Pack - Live to the Arts Theatre for a stunning night of 1950s glitz and glamour.

Laura Bell Bundy, star of the original production of RUTHLESS!, checked out the new production this past Thursday, September 17th. Bundy played the lethally talented 8-year-old, Tina Denmark, in the original 1992 Off-Broadway production. Her two understudies during that yearlong run also did well for themselves in the intervening years; Britney Spears and Natalie Portman. The authors of the smash hit musical RUTHLESS!, Joel Paley and Marvin Laird, will offer two master classes for musical theater performers this Sunday, September 20th in Somerville, NJ.

Beginning Monday, October 5th, Jennifer Diamond will assume the roles of Louise Lerman and Eve Allabout in RUTHLESS! The Musical at St. Luke's Theatre in the heart of the Theatre District. She's replacing Tracy Jai Edwards who is departing the show to appear in the new musical Gotta Dance, directed and choreographed by Jerry Mitchell.

A young woman struggles to find identity and purpose the only way she knows how: Through the eyes and voices of her imagined world of diverse characters.  Inspired by the questions she grapples with daily, she contemplates human desires, faith, love, and passion through her struggle to find raw and ultimate presence.

With over 200 shows presented at FringeNYC Festival and 900 at Edinburgh Fringe, it's hard to be in the know about what's worth seeing. Even worse is having missed the show everyone is talking about post festival. Celebrating its 10th Anniversary, the Fringe Encore Series will present some of the most critically-acclaimed and crowd-pleasing shows from both festivals. But more importantly, pinpoints and cultivates the theater talent of tomorrow.

Geva Theatre Center welcomes Tony Award Nominee Hunter Foster in the role of King Arthur, and his wife, Rochester-born Jennifer Cody, as Arthur's sidekick Patsy in the opening production of the theatre's 43rd Season - the Tony Award-winning hit musical, Monty Python's Spamalot by Eric Idle and John Du Prez, in the Wilson Stage, tonight, September 9, through October 11.

Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts announced today that individual tickets for the Raleigh premiere of Dirty Dancing -- The Classic Story On Stage will go on sale July 20 at 10 a.m.

The Tony Award nominated revival of On The Town concludes its run on Broadway tonight, September 6, following 28 previews and 368 regular performances, making this the longest-running Broadway production of the show since the 1944 original. ON THE TOWN began previews on September 20, 2014 and officially opened on October 16, 2014 at the Lyric Theatre. Original cast member Megan Fairchild will return to the acclaimed Broadway revival of On The Town for one final turn as Ivy Smith on Sunday night. Misty Copeland will perform the Sunday matinee.
