The great Noël Coward is coming back to New York. The New York Public Library for the Performing Arts and The Noël Coward Foundation will open the multimedia exhibition Star Quality: The World of Noël Coward on March 12. The exhibition is opening in conjunction to a city-wide festival celebrating the life and career of Noël Coward. Star Quality: The World of Noël Coward will be on display from March 12 to August 18, 2012 in the Donald and Mary Oenslager Gallery at The New York Public Library for the Performing Arts at 40 Lincoln Center Plaza. Admission is free.

On March 8th, join Paddle Addict, Jonny Reno's, and Reno Beach Surf Shop for the first 7.5 mile Paddleboard Race Across Tampa Bay, a 3-mile race along St. Petersburg's waterfront, or a kid's race along the Pier. All proceeds from this event go to benefit Paddle Addict, Inc., a nonprofit, dedicated to providing a free paddleboarding experience to people recovering from addictions.

Two-time Tony Award nominated costume designer Carrie Robbins, and scenic, lighting, costume designer and educator Lloyd Burlingame are among the 2012 TDF/Irene Sharaff Awards recipients. The awards will be presented at a ceremony on Friday, May 4, at 6:30pm, at the Hudson Theatre (145 West 44th Street). Ms. Robbins was selected to receive the 2012 TDF/Irene Sharaff Lifetime Achievement Award for costume design, and Mr. Burlingame will receive the Robert L.B. Tobin Award for Sustained Excellence in Theatrical Design.

Clare Cook Dance Theater presents SHOW ME REAL, an evening-length dance theater piece that traces the experience of aspiring artists from the glamour and grit of the 1920s' Ziegfeld Follies culture to the concert dance stage of 2012. SHOW ME REAL views the lives of three real female modern dancers through the lens of a past era combining contemporary dance, original song, narrative, and video projection, revealing how much past is in our present. SHOW ME REAL is conceived and choreographed by Clare Cook with original music and lyrics by Amy Burgess, dramatic text and lyrics by Gena Oppenheim, lighting design by Mike Inwood, and costume design by Liam O'Brien.
