The original cast of The Full Monty will reunite for a new limited series on Disney+. The series will star the original cast of the film, including Robert Carlyle, Tom Wilkinson, Mark Addy and Lesley Sharp. The new series will feature writing from the original film’s screenwriter Simon Beaufoy. Andrew Chaplin and Catherine Morshead will direct.

Skylight Music Theatre today announced the cast and creative team for the 2021-22 season opener, The Full Monty, running September 24 – October 17, 2021. Artistic Director Michael Unger today unveiled Skylight Music Theatre’s 2021-2022 season, which marks the theatre’s return to in-person performances after more than one year. It will be Unger’s first official season since joining Skylight in 2019, due to cancelled shows during the pandemic.

The criteria are that these shows have been nominated for Best Musical from the 3rd Tony Awards (the ceremony that started the Best Musical category) in 1949 to the nominations of what will now be the 74th Tony Awards in 2021. I will be determining their signs based upon their Broadway premiere date. With those rules in mind, here we go!
