On Saturday, March 7, Ronnie Marmo, playwright and star of a?oeI'm Not a Comediana??I'm Lenny Brucea?? will be joined by Susana Sandoval, Human Rights Commissioner of the United Nations Forum for Indigenous Peoples and Jan Feldman, Executive Director of Lawyers for the Creative Arts for a panel discussion about Freedom of Speech.  Scheduled for 4:45 p.m. (following the conclusion of the matinee performance of a?oeI'm Not a Comediana??I'm Lenny Brucea??) the event is free and open to the public, and will take place at the Royal George Theatre (1641 N. Halsted.)

State Theatre New Jersey and WillJam Productions present the Golden Oldies Spectacular on Saturday, March 21, 2020, 7pm. The Golden Oldies features Jay and the Americans, BJ Thomas, Lou Christie, Dennis Tufano, and the 1910 Fruitgum Company. Tickets range from $35-$85. 

The Light in the Piazza, a romantic, incandescent musical by Craig Lucas (book) and Adam Guettel (music and lyrics) about family secrets and the pursuit of happiness, opens at Palm Beach Dramaworks on Friday, April 3 at 8PM at the Don & Ann Brown Theatre. Orchestra of St. Luke's (OSL) announced details of its 2020-21 subscription series presented by Carnegie Hall. Principal Conductor Bernard Labadie, a specialist in music of the Baroque and Classical era, will lead the three programs.

Erik Lee Preminger, the son of legendary burlesque performer Gypsy Rose Lee (whose 1957 memoirs inspired the classic musical GYPSY) and film director Otto Preminger, will appear in-person at Naples's Theatrezone on Wednesday, January 15, 2020 to present his one-man show about his famous mother (featuring rare home movies, television shows, newsreel footage, a question-and-answer session, and more).
