The Crucible


Bedlam's artistic director Eric Tucker directs a stripped-down version of The Crucible that is an actor-driven tour de force for 14 actors. The company examines the similarities between the Salem witch trials, McCarthyism, and our current political state. What are the questions being asked? Who is involved? How do we respond now? How do we act?

New York City Opera (NYCO), under the direction of Michael Capasso, General Director, has announced that it will celebrate its 75th Anniversary with a free concert in Bryant Park on Monday, September 9 at 6pm.
