INTAR Theatre (Lou Moreno, Artistic Director/John McCormack, Executive Director) and Radio Drama Network (Melina Brown, President) today announced the cast for the World Premiere of Bundle of Sticks, a new play by J. Julian Christopher, directed by Lou Moreno. Bundle of Sticks will play a special limited Off-Broadway engagement, beginning February 22nd and continuing through March 22nd only. Opening Night is set for Monday March 2nd.

Madwomen's Late Nite Cabaret is a one-hour musical that celebrates mad, misunderstood and maligned women from history and literature, performing cabaret songs that uniquely pertain to their particular situations. Ethel Merman hosts and Lizzie Borden plays piano as over a dozen women, including Joan of Arc, Mata Hari, Amelia Earhart and Medusa sing favorites from 'Smoke Gets in Your Eyes' to 'Hair.'

BET Networks and Tyler Perry Studios announced today the new original dramatic comedy, 'SISTAS,' the second series under Perry's exclusive, multi-year content partnership deal with Viacom (NASDAQ: VIAB, VIA). Starring KJ Smith, Ebony Obsidian, Mignon Von, and Novi Brown, 'SISTAS,' follows a group of single black females from different walks of life who bond over their one common thread: why am I single? In this bold new series, viewers watch these women navigate their 'complicated love life' status, careers and friendship through the ups-and-downs of living in a modern world of social media and unrealistic relationship goals. Premiering this fall on BET, the one-hour drama takes viewers on a roller coaster ride of emotions and hilarious moments that are the epitome of #squadgoals. Principal photography for 'SISTAS' is underway at Tyler Perry Studios in Atlanta.

Lovers of new theatre will gather this August for an advance look at tomorrow's hits at TheatreWorks Silicon Valley's 2019 New Works Festival at Palo Alto's Lucie Stern Theatre. This unique festival offers audiences an extraordinary opportunity to experience new plays and musicals in their early stages of development, and hear about the creative process in a "Meet the Artists" panel discussion. With the critically-acclaimed Equus and The Funeral Director currently touring the UK, English Touring Theatre today announces the full tour dates for its Autumn 2019 Season. The company, in a co-production with Royal & Derngate, present the revival of August Wilson's Two Trains Running directed by the 2018 winner of the RTST Sir Peter Hall Director Award, Nancy Medina. Sundance Institute will gather 20 celebrated and revered expert voices across film, art, culture and science to award feature-length and short films shown at the 2019 Sundance Film Festival with 12 prizes, announced at a ceremony February 2 that will be livestreamed at sundance.org and on YouTube. From ambitious projects and compelling documentaries showcasing YouTube stars, to inventive comedies, bold dramas and live events featuring from some of the biggest names in Hollywood, YouTube continues to offer innovative programming that engages its audience. Since the launch of YouTube Originals in 2015, Original content has been viewed more than 650 million times.

REBEL AND MISFITS PRODUCTIONS is thrilled to announce their upcoming production of "The Realistic Joneses" by award-winning Will Eno, presented by special arrangement with Samuel French, Inc. This production, directed by Edward M. Coffield, is the St. Louis premiere of arguably the best work yet from one of America's most clever and perceptive playwrights of the past decade. All things considered, ALL SHOOK UP does possess a certain amount of appeal largely in part to the talent of the cast and musicians and the timeless music of Elvis Presley. The visually impressive spectacle created by the brilliant scenic artists and designers is also something the whole family will appreciate.  While the show isn't without its stumbling blocks, Zilker Theatre Productions should be commended for providing free, accessible theatre for sixty years. This incredible accomplishment is a gift to the Austin community and is sure to continue delighting families for many years to come.

Today, Wolverhampton Grand Theatre released rehearsal images for Amanda Whittington's LADIES' DAY. The hit comedy, produced entirely by the Grand Theatre is being rehearsed in the city and opens on 13 July running for just over two weeks until 28 July.

After a successful run in Central Park, playing to over 4,000 people, performances resume on Wednesday, June 27 in Rockefeller Park/Battery Park City for New York Classical Theatre's critically acclaimed production of Romeo and Juliet, directed by the company's Founding Artistic Director Stephen Burdman. The production will play this week through June 30, before continuing on to The Battery, Carl Schurz Park, and Brooklyn Bridge Park for performances through July 29. There is no ticketing, and all performances are free and open to the public. Performance schedule can be found at newyorkclassical.org.
