Today, Goodman Theatre announces the Summer 2018 return of Jim McGrath's Pamplona starring stage and screen veteran Stacy Keach as Ernest Hemingway, directed by Artistic Director Robert Falls. Originally scheduled for Spring 2017, Pamplona appeared for 11 preview performances but closed prematurely after its star suddenly fell ill on Opening Night and doctors ordered recuperation.

The Cleveland Orchestra announced a special event during its 50th anniversary Blossom Music Festival season: Roger Daltrey performs The Who's TOMMY with members of The Who Band and The Cleveland Orchestra. The Who's classic rock opera, Tommy, will be performed by The Cleveland Orchestra and vocalist Roger Daltrey, the iconic lead singer of The Who, on Sunday, July 8, 2018 at 8:00 p.m. at Blossom Music Center. This special event does not include an opening act.

Transport Group has announced that its Anne L. Bernstein Concert Series of one-night-only musical events will continue with two Broadway classics for the 2017-18 season Man of La Mancha, on Monday, December 18, 2017, and Promises, Promises, on Monday, June 25, both at 8pm at the Merkin Concert Hall at Kaufman Music Center, 129 West 67 Street. Both concerts will be directed by Transport Group artistic director Jack Cummings III and will feature original orchestrations. Casting will be announced at a later date.
