Today, dick clark productions and ABC announced one of the world's best-selling pop music icons, Christina Aguilera, will perform for a live audience of more than one million people just minutes before the ball drops on "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2019." Aguilera last performed on the show in 2007, and this year she will be joined by Bastille, Dan + Shay and New Kids On The Block in the hours leading up to the 2019 countdown. This marks multiplatinum artists Dan + Shay's first appearance on the show, and Bastille's second, while pop super group New Kids On The Block will take the New Year's Rockin' Eve stage for the second time-having last performed in 2011 with Backstreet Boys. America's biggest celebration of the year will take place on MONDAY, DEC. 31, beginning at 8:00 p.m. EST on the ABC Television Network. Additional performers will be announced soon.

Ensemble for the Romantic Century is proud to announce that the 2018 - '19 season, ERC's 18th, will continue January 3rd with Maestroby Eve Wolf. Opening Night is set for January 14th. This limited Off-Broadway engagement runs through February 9th only. Performances will be at The Duke on 42nd Street (229 West 42nd Street, between 7th and 8th Avenues).

Created by the talented husband/wife team of Jahnna Beecham (Playwright/Lyricist) and Malcolm Hillgartner (Composer/Lyricist) and based on the play by Barbara Robinson, THE BEST CHRISTMAS PAGEANT EVER: THE MUSICAL is filled with catchy,'60s-inspired original music and a delightful story that both young and old will enjoy. The horrible Herdmans are the worst kids in the history of the world. The entire town panics when these rowdy six siblings are cast in the church's annual Christmas pageant. It's up to good-hearted Mrs. Bradley to help the Herdmans - and the rest of the town - discover the true meaning of Christmas before it's too late. Silent night? This month NY Madness is proud to co-present a Midterm Mayhem! A Doomsday Cabaret, featuring excerpts from the new musical, 'Red Sky'. Red Sky is a parable for our times, and features, Danielle Alonzo, Jonas Barranca, Eden Eernissee, Steven Halliwell, Timothy Mullins, Chuk Obasi, and Ansi Rodriguez. The show will take place on Sunday, October 28th at 8pm at The Kraine Theater (85 East 4th Street between 2nd Avenue and Bowery). November 9th Forever is co-producing this special event. New Jersey Theatre Alliance ("The Alliance") announced that Linda Kinsey, former Partner at Michael Graves Design Group, and Marshall Jones III, Producing Artistic Director of Crossroads Theatre Company in New Brunswick, have joined its board of trustees. The Alliance is a service organization for the 33 non-profit, professional theatres in New Jersey, supporting them and the theatre-going public with a wide array of services and programs.
