The Photoplay Magazine Medal of Honor winner "Humoresque" (1920) will kick off a summer-long screening series of silent films at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences on Monday, June 13, at 7:30 p.m. at the Academy's Samuel Goldwyn Theater.

On June 3, 2011, for one night only, The Town Hall (123 West 43rd Street) will present Broadway star and Tony Award nominee, Kelli O'Hara in 'An Evening with Kelli O'Hara.' With this concert, Ms. O'Hara is launching an album for Ghostlight records, 'Always.'

The Drama Desk and OBIE Award-winning Mint Theater Company will present Rachel Crothers's comedy, A Little Journey, opening Monday June 6th at the Mint's home in the heart of the theater district, 311 West 43rd Street.

That's right. This inimical Broadway personality is celebrating her 90th birthday these days!
