Renowned guitarist, multi-platinum-selling singer-songwriter, bandleader and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee Steve Miller has opened up his voluminous archive of recordings for the first time ever to present a milestone 3CD + DVD box set. WELCOME TO THE VAULT covers Miller's genre-blurring six-decade career over 52 audio tracks, pairing a number of greatest hits and certifiable rock 'n roll classics with 38 previously unreleased recordings that span demos, rehearsals, outtakes, vintage concert performances and 5 newly uncovered original Steve Miller Band songs recorded in the 1960s and 1970s.

The Stephen Sondheim Society and Mercury Musical Developments today announce West End Musical Director Gareth Valentine as the final judge for the 2019 Stephen Sondheim Society Student Performer of the Year (SSSSPOTY), alongside the previously announced Julia McKenzie, Peter Polycarpou, and Edward Seckerson. Lyricist Charles Hart and Olivier Award-winner Jenna Russell join Nkeki Obi-Melekwe and Stiles + Drewe to complete the judging panel for the Stiles + Drewe Best New Song Prize. Winners will be announced at Theatre Royal Haymarket on Sunday 9 June.

Technically any venue with 500 seats or more, located along Broadway in New York City's Theatre District is a Broadway theatre, and the art that is produced in these special places is widely considered the highest form of theatrical entertainment in the world. Today, forty-one theatres are technically Broadway houses, each with their own rich history. Next up for Cleveland's Theatre in the Circle is an innovative new production of the much-loved classic You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown!, the 1967 musical with music and lyrics by Clark Gesner based on the characters created by Charles M. Schulz in the comic strip Peanuts.

Singer Tennie Leonard Returns to Don't Tell Mama with her new show, I Love Being Here With You, for three dates, Tuesday, April 9th and Wednesday, April 17th at 7pm and Sunday, May 5th at 4pm. The show, with Tennie and her long time collaborators, Director Scott Barnes and Musical Director Ian Herman, is a celebration of survival, life choices and how music makes it all possible.

The Charleston Light Opera Guild (CLOG) is proud to announce that world renowned Country superstar Kathy Mattea will be performing at the Charleston Light Opera Guild Theatre on March 22nd, 2019 in a stunning and intimate benefit concert to commemorate CLOG's 70th anniversary season.

City Theatre Company, Pittsburgh's home for contemporary plays, has announced the details of the theatre's 45th season of new works. This line-up of plays is the first curated by Artistic Director Marc Masterson upon his return to City Theatre in 2018.

Next up for Cleveland's Theatre in the Circle is an innovative new production of the much-loved classic You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown!, the 1967 musical with music and lyrics by Clark Gesner based on the characters created by Charles M. Schulz in the comic strip Peanuts. This production features an over-50 cast of acclaimed Cleveland area theatre professionals. You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown! runs May 9 through 12th, 2019, with all shows taking place at Judson Manor, 1890 E. 107th Street. Okay, this week, I only have to throw out two CDs, but it hurts! I'll never forget May 31, 1992--the 46th Annual Tony Awards. I had just turned 16 and was eagerly tuning in to absorb the Broadway of it all. I didn't really know much about any of the shows, other than that friends and family in New York had flipped for Guys And Dolls and that my parents had loved an earlier incarnation of Jelly's Last Jam when it played the Mark Taper Forum in Los Angeles. Glenn Close was hosting and Patti LuPone was presenting and I was not moving from my seat on the couch until I had a ranked list of the shows I wanted to see when I got to New York to visit my grandparents for Thanksgiving.

A HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS – THE 20TH ANNIVERSARY will be broadcast Friday, Dec. 21 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.
