Replacing Daniel Davis, the beloved crooner will take over as Georges in La Cage aux Folles starting April 15th

The producers of LA CAGE AUX FOLLES announced today that legendary Broadway star Robert Goulet is confirmed to join the cast of LA CAGE AUX FOLLES. The Tony, Grammy and Emmy Award winning actor will replace Daniel Davis in the role of Georges mid-April (exact date TBD) at Broadway's Marquis Theatre. Understudy John Hillner will assume the role for the interim performances.

Daniel Davis was let go from La Cage following the March 27 matinee, Goulet joins the cast in mid-May.

A portion of the proceeds from the March 30, evening performance of La Cage at the Marquis will benefit The Trevor Project, an organization dedicated to suicide prevention among gay and questioning teens.
