Hershey Area Playhouse is delighted to announce that we were able to get the rights to do a popular revival of a 60's farce- Boeing Boeing by Marc Camoletti, Beverly Cross and Francis Evans, produced by special arrangement with Samuel French. This classic fast paced comedy will be performed in our April slot in place of Italian American Reconciliation, bringing close calls, slamming doors and lots of physical comedy to light up the stage. George Street Playhouse has announced full casting for Curvy Widow, starring Broadway's Nancy Opel (GSP's The Toxic Avenger, Broadway's Honeymoon in Vegas). The sassy musical comedy will not only close out GSP's 2016-17 season, but also mark the final show performed in the Playhouse's current building. Curvy Widow runs May 2-21, 2017, with opening night scheduled for May 5th, 2017.

Chelsea Marcantel is not an air guitarist. Nor is she a part of an air guitar shredding family. She found the world through a former boyfriend she met in Chicago. "I thought...this is the dumbest thing I've ever heard." The relationship did not work out, however, Marcantel found herself going down a "Youtube Wormhole" of air guitar performances. And after watching the acclaimed documentary Air Guitar Nation, she began writing a play about the world of imaginary soloing.
