I tell them no, my mother blames my horrible nightmares on Michael Jackson. She always said it was a bad idea to let her three year old watch Thriller,' Allie Jean jokes. These dreams haunted Allie Jean for years before she decided to drag them from the shadows and put them into words. Once her novel was complete, she entered it into a romance contest hosted by The Writer's Coffee Shop Publishing House. Legacy of a Dreamer won the contest and earned her a contract with the publisher famous for bringing Fifty Shades of Grey to the masses.
