The New York Opera Fest will celebrate its sixth season with both virtual and in-person performances by 20+ local, New York City-based opera companies. Presented by the New York Opera Alliance, with support from OPERA America, this annual festival runs for two months May-June 2021 starting with a special kick-off event April 29th.

Marking 50 years since Chile's best-loved poet Pablo Neruda was awarded the Nobel Prize for Literature, actor David Soul (Starsky & Hutch) returns to the stage with The Passion & Poetry of Pablo Neruda - a celebration of Neruda's work read by Soul with music performed by guitarist Hugh Burns and violinist Lizzie Ball.

This February, the Bard Music Festival presents “A Program of French Piano Music, Inspired by the World of Nadia Boulanger,” a recital of French music performed by pianists Danny Driver and Piers Lane recorded at The Menuhin Hall, Sussex, England in fall 2020. 

The Orchestra Now (TŌN) has announced the March 19 release of Piano Protagonists: Music for Piano and Orchestra, a new CD on Bridge Records.
