Eric McCormack is best known for his Emmy-winning portrayal of Will Truman in NBC's hit sitcom Will and Grace and for his latest TNT crime drama Perception. He has also appeared on Broadway and is an avid musician. On June 1 he will join Joan Ryan in her new show On the Edge at Catalina Jazz Club. In our chat he talks about Joan Ryan, the show and his musical career.

This week we are taking a look at one of the most popular and enduring Biblical musicals ever written in honor of its Off-Broadway opening 43 years ago this week, GODSPELL.

After breaking box office records and selling out in record time in 2012, Wicked, Broadway's biggest blockbuster, will return to Las Vegas at The Smith Center for the Performing Arts, from Wednesday, Oct. 8 through Sunday, Nov. 9. Tickets for the return engagement go on sale Saturday, May 17.

On April 27, 2014 a private reading of the upcoming musical adaptation of BRAVE NEW WORLD took place in an undisclosed Midtown Manhattan venue.

It will be a right royal Easter and beyond in Brisbane as The King and I presented by Opera Australia and John Frost opens as a glittering national premiere at the Queensland Performing Arts Center (QPAC) on Saturday 19 April 2014.

The weekend before Easter is going to be jam-packed with fun and amazing theatre as Columbia Children's Theatre (CCT) presents It's The Easter Beagle, Charlie Brown and Stephen Schwartz's Godspell Jr. April 10 -13. The producers of WICKED have announced that it has broken the Broadway In Chicago record for the largest one-week gross of $1,935,432 for the week ending December 1, 2013.

The company of the first North American tour of WICKED will welcome Gina Beck as Glinda and Alison Fraser as Madame Morrible on Monday, December 16 in Chicago, IL. WICKED, Broadway's biggest blockbuster, is playing through December 21 at the Oriental Theatre.

Broadway In Chicago is pleased to announce that a WICKED day-of-performance drawing for a limited number of orchestra seats will take place inside Block Thirty Seven. Block Thirty Seven is located at 108 N State, across from the Oriental Theatre.
