MasterVoices continues its eclectic 2022-23 season on March 23 at Central Synagogue with Ted Sperling leading O How Good, a performance of Jewish sacred music. The romantic comedy feature film 'Townhouse Confidential' will show at New York's legendary Angelika Theater East from January 20 - 26, 2023. In honor of the film's release, viewers will enjoy a Q&A session with writer and executive producer Rosalind Resnick, director Patrick Perez Vidauri and cast members after some of the showings.

New York Festival of Song, led by Artistic Director Steven Blier, will continue its 2022-2023 season with Amor on Wednesday, February 15, 2023 at 8:00pm at Merkin Hall at Kaufman Music Center.

Atlantic Theater Company (Neil Pepe, Artistic Director; Jeffory Lawson, Managing Director) has announced an extension for the world premiere musical Cornelia Street. The production, which will begin performances this Friday, January 20th and open on Tuesday, February 14th, will now play through Sunday, March 5th, Off-Broadway at Atlantic Stage 2.

​​​​​​​Wagner's soaring masterpiece Lohengrin returns to the Met stage after 17 years, in a new production by internationally renowned director François Girard. The production runs from February 26th-April 1st.

Austin-based independent theatre company, The Filigree Theatre, announces the dates for the next production in their “By The Sea” season titled “Fire in Dreamland.” Opening weekend will run from Thursday, Feb. 2 to Sunday, Feb. 5, starting at 8 p.m. each night at the Factory on 5th (3409 E 5th St., Austin, TX 78702). The show will then run the following Thursday - Sunday evenings at 8 p.m., closing on Sunday, Feb. 12.

On January 20, 2023 at 7pm, Samantha Shay's short film Mother Melancholia will screen as part of Dance Camera West film festival at Barnsdall Gallery Theatre.

Birdland has announced jazz programming at Birdland Jazz Club and Birdland Theater running January 9 through January 22. Performers appearing at Birdland Jazz Club include Nicole Zuraitis, Slide Hampton Octet Celebration, Delfeayo Marsalis Uptown Jazz Orchestra, Joey Alexander Trio, Stacey Kent, Billy Hart Quartet and Adam Birnbaum Quartet.
