Casting has been announced for the return engagement of Disney's The Lion King in the Fox Cities. The Lion King will leap onto the Fox Cities P.A.C. stage Thursday, Feb. 7 for a 3-week engagement through Sunday, Feb. 24.

Irish author Conor McPherson's play The Seafarer is a black comedy set over the course of a long evening of family, friends, and drink one Christmas Eve in Dublin. The play centers on James "Sharky" Harkin, who has recently returned to Dublin and moved in with his older, quarrelsome sibling Richard. As guests drop by, drinks start to flow, stories are retold, and secrets begin to emerge as Sharky has to deal with one friend who seems to be staying on permanently, rather than return home to his own family, and another who is now the partner of his ex-wife, and with whom, annoyingly, he seems very happy.

Kravis Center for the Performing Arts announced today that tickets for the long-awaited premiere engagement of Disney's THE LION KING go on sale to the public on Saturday, December 1, 2018. Disney's THE LION KING will leap onto the Kravis Center stage on Wednesday, April 24 for a 2-week engagement through Sunday, May 5.

The hit musical Waitress opened on November 9, 2018, at the Carlos P. Romulo Auditorium, RCBC Plaza, Makati City, Manila, Philippines. Based on the beloved film by Adrienne Shelly, Waitress features music and lyrics from six-time Grammy nominee Sara Bareilles ('Love Song,' 'Brave') and book by Jessie Nelson. Waitress tells the story of a pie maker named Jenna who, despite the mundanity of her life, finds comfort and reckoning in the simple magic of baking. The St. George Theatre announces its first-ever classic movie series for 2019 entitled "Better on the Big Screen".  Sponsored by Williams Eye Works and Borough Five Pictures, the series will present twelve iconic films on the theatre's "big screen" over the course of the year to commemorate the 90th anniversary of the historic former movie palace which opened in 1929.
